Can I bring my family and kids?
Yes, please do! This is absolutely a family-friendly conference. During the daytime, we will have science-themed activities for your kids to enjoy and your family is welcome to join us for evening social events!
Is there parking at the venue?
The Four Seasons only offers valet parking at a discounted rate of $28 per day.
Can I cancel my registration?
We allow cancellations until to January 1, but cancellation may incur a fee up to 20% of your registration costs. To cancel, please email us with your name, confirmation number, and reasons for cancellation.
Are talks recorded?
No. Our speakers have worked hard to prepare unique and innovative talks, please join us at conference sessions in-person.
